Young people face increasing pressures around identity, education, family expectations, social media, and mental wellbeing. For many from culturally diverse communities, these challenges can be harder to talk about or understand.
At Changing Suits, we work alongside young people, schools, and communities to support mental health in ways that are culturally informed, youth-led, and rooted in real lived experience.
Mentorship for Young People
Mentorship provides young people with a trusted, consistent adult who can offer guidance, encouragement, and perspective.
Through our mentorship support, young people can:
- Talk openly about challenges they’re facing
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Explore identity, goals, and aspirations
- Develop coping skills and resilience
Mentoring relationships are supportive, non-judgmental, and tailored to the needs of each young person.

Changemakers Group – Youth Leadership & Voice
Our Changemakers Group is a space where young people come together to:
- Develop leadership and confidence
- Discuss issues affecting their local communities
- Learn about policymaking and civic engagement
- Build practical skills such as communication, teamwork, and advocacy
The group is youth-led, inclusive, and designed to help young people understand how their voices can influence change — locally and beyond.
